Natural Capital Partners' team grows to meet increased demand for climate action

We are delighted to announce that Saskia Feast, Natural Capital Partners’ Vice President for the Western Region of the United States, has been promoted to Managing Director, Global Client Solutions, replacing Mark LaCroix who retired at the end of 2020.

Saskia has led Natural Capital Partners’ growth over the last five years, working closely with our corporate clients to craft innovative climate action solutions for forward-thinking businesses such as HP, Salesforce, VMware, Synopsys and Kaiser Permanente as they address their emissions. 

In her new role, Saskia will continue to deliver high-quality, high-impact, and value-driving solutions for our customers, drawing on her deep technical expertise and industry knowledge to continue developing key insights into how corporate climate action is evolving. Saskia will also lead our client teams globally, working with some of the world’s most ambitious climate leaders, including Microsoft, PwC, Sky, Logitech, Bain and MetLife.

At Delta, Miguel Sossa advised on the creation of a $1B company-wide initiative to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030, developed industry-leading corporate carbon offset programmes, and directed Delta’s 2020 corporate responsibility report

We are also pleased to announce that Miguel Sossa has joined Natural Capital Partners as Vice President for the Western Region of the United States, succeeding Saskia. Miguel most recently served Delta Air Lines as a global sales executive, market leader, and sustainability advisor. At Delta, Miguel advised on the creation of a $1B company-wide initiative to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030, developed industry-leading corporate carbon offset programmes, and directed Delta’s 2020 corporate responsibility report. Prior to Delta, he was a leading member of Accenture’s Smart Cities and Sustainability Strategy practices. 

Miguel has spent his career working with corporates and municipalities to deploy products and services globally to improve resilience, quality of life, environmental health, and social impact. Based in Portland, Oregon, he has his MBA from Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, his MS from the Erb Institute for Global Sustainable Enterprise at the University of Michigan, and his Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
